Rock Harbor Foundation is committed to reducing the rate of recidivism of At Risk Youth by promoting measurable change in the field. In addition, Rock Harbor Foundation is striving to create a positive future for families affected by line-of-duty deaths or injuries. We strive to create the next generation of engaged, passionate, creative thinkers who can achieve their greatest potential.
